Dumi Oburota, best known for being the director of independent record label Disturbing London and managing Tinie Tempah and Jessie J, has signed to PMK BNC for publicity representation.

Oburota, who also heads up the Disturbing London fashion collection that's sold exclusively in Selfridges, debuted on GQ's 50 Best Dressed Men in Britain list this year, and has also been recognised as one of Britain's most influential people under 40 by Powerful Media.
